Scholarship Information
The Emma Elizabeth Scanlon Memorial Scholarship was established by her parents Kevin and Michele Scanlon to honor her memory.

Emma had a huge heart, she was extremely compassionate, and always extended a helping hand to friends and strangers when it was needed. The truth is, she had endless amounts of love to give, and she was quick to compliment and encourage others – even if she didn’t know them. Like most seniors, Emma was not sure of her career path after high school, but she knew she wanted to continue her education. She also knew that she would be most fulfilled in a profession that was dedicated to others.

Emma’s Memorial Scholarship is intended to assist a current high school senior who has a desire to continue their education and work in a profession of service intended to help others.
Eligibility:

Recipient is a current student at Mainland Regional High School.

Recipient is enrolled in a college or university for the fall 2025-26 semester.

Recipient must have a financial need.

Recipient must have a desire to work in a profession of service to others.
